Be careful - allergic reaction
I want to give zero stars. I’ve been taking the multi supplement for a few years. Decided to give this one a try. Having a SEVERE allergic reaction to the black cohosh. I’m on day six suffering from face and upper body rash. Be careful.

Attention high anxiety clients
Actually seemed to help my hot flashes quickly but I have extra bad anxiety and am super sensitive to anything that adds energy even though I drink coffee. I felt a little nauseous first day and my heart was feeling like it was beating out of my chest. But I think if your not sensitive to caffeine would work well. Might try the nighttime one.

Better sleep at night and energy levels during the day
My primary care physician recommended this based on the overwhelmingly positive feedback she had received from patients experiencing perimenopause symptoms. My sleep was terrible - up multiple times a night for long periods of time, night sweats, then no energy at around 3PM every day. I felt so frustrated and grumpy. Now I take one every morning and am careful not to miss a single dose, or my sleep will be disrupted all over again. This stuff works like a miracle. This One Really Works
I LOVE this product. This specific Estrogen with the Black Cohosh is great for the issue with hot flashes and night sweats. I can really tell the difference when I don't take it for a week or more. I hope this product will remain a best seller, I've been taking it for years!

Relief!

I wanted to take something that would help me and this brand has been around a long time so it was a logical choice. I did feel better while taking this product and did have fewer symptoms. I wanted to do more during the day and wasn't so worn down in the afternoon. It is an easy way to feel a little better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found that Estroven Maximum Strength + Energy is a good alternative to hormone replacement therapy. Especially if you are not a candidate for HRT. It helped to even me out not have as many night sweats and hot flashes throughout the day plus gave me energy to be able to do what I needed to do. Menopause has taken a toll on the emotionally and physically I've tried many products and not all products that work for me. I think it is one of those things that you need to try it to see if it will work for you. I'm very happy that this does work for me.

different box, different formula???
There was a box that I purchased earlier this year and was working wonders within 2 weeks! Then I reordered and received a different looking box, but “same” ingredients- I’m not sure, but this box hasn’t been working at all AND they have a stinky smell that stays on my hand even after washing!! Can’t help but wonder. BTW, the box in majority of the target review pics is the one that worked for me.
