Menopausal weight finally dropping
I have been using for about a month and 1/2 and have noticed that the weight that I have been trying desperately to loose seems to be disappearing. I have not noticed a lot of difference in hot flashes, but hopeful they will subside. I would have given 5 stars but I wanted to change from gummies to capsules but had to cancel subscription entirely because that option was not available. Great thing is customer service promptly cancelled prescription and refunded my money though the subscription was already shipped. So customer service is great!

Cool and confident
I was having 20-30 hot flashes a day, and night sweats almost every night, sometimes 2 or 3 times of waking up soaked. After a couple weeks I saw improvement. Now, about a year later, hot flashes happen a couple times a week, and its been months since my last night sweat. I feel more confident and clear headed. I recommend it to all my friends and coworkers going through this wonderful perimenopause/menopause phase of life.

If I miss a day I can definitely tell
