A: OLLY's line of women's health supplements was created to help normalize challenging health topics for women. Lovin' Libido contains traditionally used herbal ingredients to enhance vitality. It is safe for any gender to take. However, it is formulated with Ashwagandha which has been clinically studied with women. Current research does not show that this ingredient shows the same results for men. Similar to our other products, we recommend speaking with a qualified healthcare professional before using Lovin' Libido if you are taking any medication.

Q: Can you take his while taking the Olly multi vitamin?
A: Yes! OLLY's portfolio of products is designed for use in combination with one another to help you address your daily needs and achieve your own personal health goals. We recommend you choose an OLLY multivitamin, and if desired one sleep support product, then other Wellness Boosts that you are interested in. The only exception is that we do not recommend taking Combat Cravings and Metabolism Gummy Rings in combination in your daily regimen. You can alternate multivitamins and sleep support products as desired. Each Wellness Boost is named so that its benefit is clear to the OLLY user- this makes it easy to decide which Wellness Boosts are right for you!
