Q: Can I open up the Estroven capsule and remove the powder and add to the water or juice? I have a hard time in taking the size of capsule. Your response will be appreciate.

A: Hello ShoaLot, There is no reason one couldn’t open the capsule and mix the contents with water. However, it may have an earthy taste. We would suggest mixing it with orange juice or something with a strong flavor.

I’ve been taking this for a year now the hot flashes and night sweats are gone after one month one time I ran out for a week and everything came back and came back hard got my pills back took a month to get in my body for it to work again never again will I miss a dose

I’ve only been taking this for a week and already night sweats and hot flashes are almost completely gone, I’ve even felt “cold” for the first time in years. Haven’t weighed myself yet so I can’t comment on that part but stil highly recommend!!

I have been taking this for 3 months now, recently I was traveling and missed a few days of taking all of my vitamins/supplements, and right away the night sweats and hot flashes returned full force. After a few days of getting back on schedule the night sweats and hot flashes are gone. I won’t forget to take these again

I have been using this for almost a month. After the first week and a half, this product has helped almost eliminate my hot flashes. When I do have one, it is nowhere near the intensity I was having them. I did not have night sweats so I cannot speak to that. I'm taking the weight management formula only because I have weight to lose, so if it helps with that, I will be glad. I like this procuct so much that I have recommended it to my sister who has been having much more severe menopause symptoms than I have, so I hope it works for her too!

Did not work for me. I got on to help with night sweats. I was hoping they'd also help reduce or stop the mid-section hormonal fat I was developing. Been taking for 2 months and have gained 7 lbs and I now have the apple figure. And hot flashes but no night sweats. I will sleep with a towel. I hope it doesn't take long to shed this weight.

I’ve only been taking it for 2 Weeks but I have seen a drastic change in my appetite. And I typically have one hot flash while sleeping and it wakes me. The last 2 days, no hot flash. I’m moody so I might need the other formula but the suppressed appetite was surprising will all the reviews.

I hit the grand finale of PMS - perimenopause! It sucks and now I’m a hot & sweating raging lunatic. Luckily this helps, I feel 80% more like myself and hot flashes do not keep me awake at night. Doesn’t necessarily help with weight gain, however that might be the Covid15 - we all gained. I still feel the need for naps, coffee, wine, and carbs! Until there’s a better magic pill for my new mustache and muffin top - this will do!

My doctor recomended thatI take black cohosh for my hot flashes since they came back after over a year without them, so when I checked on line where to buy it , this poped up, so I decided to give it a try,I haveonly been taknig it for about 2 weeks and the instructions says to give it about60 days, but so far I have only expericed 2 hot flashes since taking this, as far as the weight management goes, I havn't experienced any sinificant chages yet, but for the hot flashes it works

My husband actually bought me this brand by mistake a few months ago. I can say, after taking two brands, this one has a better result. I still have minor hot flashes, but if you run out, in just a couple days you realize how well it works. I do not suggest running out if you can help it.
