Worthless! 2 months no relief of menopause symptoms
I have been taking Estroven Complete for 2 months. I started taking 1 a day. Zero relief from hot flashes and sweats. Second month I was taking 2-3 a day just to get rid of hot flashes. Still no change. After 2 months you would think I would get some relief. Not a single day or night without hot flashes or being drenched in sweat. This protect is worthless!! Don’t waste your money.

Life changing
This product has been life changing, its the only thing that helped with my painful joints, the pain is reduced about 90% and I feel like I have more energy. I wish I had discovered this sooner.

So thankful!
I truly cannot believe the difference this has made in my life in such a short time! I was literally having hot flashes on an hourly basis, all day and all night long. Horrible! And after only 3 days on Estroven complete, my hot flashes started getting less severe and less often. Now, after 2 weeks on it, I'm only having about one hot flash every couple days and it's not nearly as hot or as long as they used to be. I'm so thankful for this! Game changer!!!

Not what I was hoping for...
I purchased the sixty tablet pack. After about thirty days , I went for a few days with no hot flashes at all. Then they came back, full force! I have never missed a day of taking it.And I only have four tablets left.... Was totally hoping to keep Purchasing after the first box , if I noticed a big difference after sixty days. I am\nGoing to purchase again, but this time going to try the weight maintenance with the Black Cohosh to see if that helps.

CONVINCED!
I was not expecting any miracles, but have been dealing with severe hot flashes during the days and MULTIPLE hot flashes every night. I have now been taking this for almost 30 days and just this week have noticed a BIG reduction in the night-time hot flashes - going from multiple all night long down to just one or two and these are much less severe. It seems to have started working all of a sudden. Daytime hot flashes are also less severe and not as many! I am going to continue - I bought the 60-tablet box - and hope that it just keeps getting better, although I am SO happy with the results so far.

Best perimenopause treatment
My PCP suggested this for me. I couldn't take hormones due to medical issues. Ive been taking for 3 weeks. Omg. The differwis absolutely amazing. No hot flashes..mood swings minimal. I sleep better. Thank u for this awesome supplement

Keep trying it
I’ve been using this since 2020 and have had so much relief from hot flashes and multiple other symptoms consistent with menopause. Weight gain has not been a symptom that has changed at all. I haven’t gotten that under control. But the other symptoms are basically gone. If I run out I have multiple hot flashes a day! Thankful for it!

Waste of money
After three months of continuous taking it . My hot flashes came back aggressively and gained a lot of weight in the abdomen area that wasn’t there before using it!! It didn’t help with any of the symptoms it claims to help may be the sleep deprivation a little. I wouldn’t recommend it’s waste of money

No results at all almost a month

Allergic reaction
Horrible allergic reaction. My lips started swelling and I had a bright red ring of fire around them. The corners would start cracking as well. Took a while to figure out what I was allergic to.

Feeling worse taking this then not taking this.
Have been taking this for a month now and have noticed zero difference with my menopause symptoms, esp the hot flashes. And on top of that, I felt it made me feel worse b/c one of the side effects is headaches. UGH!

Worked, but found side effect too uncomfortable
I used the esteoven with rhubarb root for a month and a half. No night sweats and better sleep after 3rd dose. It was amazing! Unfortunately I had to stop due to it making me extremly constipated from longer use.

Try it.
I was super skeptical about taking this, but my hot flashes were outta control and I was desperate. I started taking it 3 weeks ago and the other day I noticed that I had had only a few hot flashes and I slept a whole 6 hours without waking up. I’m so happy I gave it a try. I’ve been sleeping better, and the hot flashes are not very often and not as intense.
