Sleeping much better
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Estroven Menopause Relief, complete multi-symptom. This has helped tremendously with my hot flashes and night sweats. I feel like a new person, my attitude is changing as I seem more calm. I feel more rested in the morning as I’m getting better sleep. I will definitely continue using this product.

Not great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not impressed. I tried these for 3 weeks and didnt notice a change in anything. While they were easy to take because they are a small pill, they did not do anything for me but give me an upset stomach.

The Human Volcano Has Been Extinguish
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At my menopause age category 48-53, I noticed a 20% decrease in my hot flashes and night sweats. There were some improvement to my sleep record. I still have nights where I would wake up sweating. The big plus for me was the small capsule you take per day instead of the competitors menopause supplements. The competitor size of capsules were larger than the Estroven. The competitors tablets required you to take 3 tablets at the start of your day. It's different from other menopausal women to feel the effects. I noticed Estroven symptoms started into the fifth week. Estroven does have side effects you may feel; there mild digestive upset, dizziness, or no symptoms at all. Since Estroven didn't give me the results I was hoping, I still would recommend trying it.

Reliefs symptoms quickly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have yet to experience menopause however my sister is in her mid 40s and experiencing all the symptoms. I gave her this product and she reported it relieved majority of her symptoms within about tan hour of taking them. She reported it doesn’t taste like anything and she took it with water. The packaging is very slim and compact. I would recommend.

It’s ok
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve taken this daily for almost two weeks and have noticed a slight decrease in hot flashes. I’ve been consistent with taking it in the mornings. Although I’ve had no discomfort that relief hasn’t been worth it to continue to buy this.

Small pill, Big help!

Now, I sleep comfortably through the night. I take them in the morning with a light breakfast. The first few days, my stomach was a little upset but nothing major. I've had no issues since. They are great.

Estroven menopause relief tabs don’t cover all the bases.

Probably a good long term supplement

Definitely helps

Lessens symptoms
