[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used AZO menopause relief capsules during the days (a week or more each) when I was having heavy PMS before my period started. I did feel relief to those symptoms. The PMS symptoms that I currently have are worse as I approach menopause and my hormonal shifts feel much more steep. In particular, I end up feeling like my entire body is so uncomfortable to any touch and I find that I cannot sleep when I am at peak disocomfort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only been taking it a few weeks now. Seems OK I don’t notice much help with hot flashes. But night sweats seem to be a little bit better. Easy on my stomach no aftertaste. Hopefully after a few more weeks, the hot flashes will get better.

My hot flashes have significantly lessened and so have my hot flashes. The capsules are easy to take, just 1 any time of the day. I like that no artificial dyes are used and they are preservative free. I have not noticed weight help either way with AZO yet but I will give it more time. I will definitely continue taking this product.

It is appreciated to help with night sweats as that is something that I would typically get cyclically. It is great to have a product that helps against hot flashes too as that is a common symptom of menopause. Weight management with the hormonal fluctuations too is needed so I am glad that this product helps with all 3 of those important factors.

I noticed that these did help with the Night Sweats. After completing these, I was ready to step up my game to the actual Menopause support. These capsules were kind to my stomach even when taken without food. I took these with my regular vitamins.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't very optimistic to try the daily Pre-Menopause Support capsules, because I have not found a good supplement that actually assisted with hot flashes and night sweats, but surprisingly this was super effective! I am 30 days in on the capsules and have noticed far less episodes, in the middle of the night, which is HUGE! I used to wake up 4-5 times per night and I have had several nights where I woke up only once and a few nights where I slept through the night. I am anxious to see the results after 60 days, but as of now, I am very pleasantly surprised, with the results.

After taking this everyday, I have not feel anything different. Still having hot flashes, night sweats. I’m not sure how long to be able to notice but every person is different. So, maybe it takes a while before I can feel the effectiveness of this product.
