As someone living with Type-2 diabetes, I've been dealing with retinal problems since 2021. And I have tried so many AREDS-2 supplements in the market but the results were not too positive. When I read the ingredient list, these supplements contain almost the same ingredients as the ones I've tried before. The only difference is the carrot powder, something I've never tried but definitely looking forward to positive results because I know carrots contain nutrition that prevent eyesight from getting worse.
