Love the easy to swallow size, but after taking these for a whole year at double the recommended dosage my vitamin D level only went up by 6. I’m very wary of the quality and the fact there’s no vitamin k2 in it definitely invest in a different option if needing to treat a true deficiency

I have to take Vitamin D3 everyday (thanks Indiana). The price is good on the Target brand vitamins. My only suggestion is they should use smaller bottles. A huge bottle doesn’t matter when it’s less than half full when you open it. Big bottles just take up more space. Let’s be real and fill a smaller bottle.

Soybean oil is the first ingredient listed… highly inflammatory seed oil, I would look at other options!
