A: Yes. It has gelatin. Gelatin is a translucent, colorless, flavorless food ingredient, derived taken from animal body parts. Gross!!

DO NOT BUY!!!! I am chronically vitamin D defficient and have been taking it via capsule for years. I used to buy Nature Made religiously but this time I couldnt quite afford it so I decided to try up&up because "its all the same" right?? WRONG. My vitamin D went down so low I felt depressed, it was hard to move, I felt achey, and I gained weight!!! All because I tried this! I almost finished the bottle taking 2 or 3 at a time but just atrltributed the symptoms to other things. Well guess what? When I went back to Nature Made ALL MY SYMPTOMS WENT AWAY!!!!! THISNIS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE ITS WORTHLESS!!! Ive only been backnon nature made for 4 days and I feel like my old self again and my stomach is no longer bloated and I have no pain. THIS WAS THE ONLY THING I CHANGED! YOU'RE NOT CRAZY! DO NOT BUY SUGAR WATER!!!!!
