We bought this but will return it has missing parts

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the quality of your pools. I bought my pool the end of the season in 2023. I have always owned another brand of pool but decided to give yours a chance. I am so glad I did! We used is all summer last year and when we were taking it down last fall, we got hit with 50-60 mile an hour straight line wind. The pool only had about 3 feet of water left in it, and it took a real beating from the winds. The fantastic part of it was that it withstood the test. Only one of the cross bars broke and two of the support bars bent. I will never own anything but a Bestway Pool again. It absolutely lives up to my expectations and more! I would suggest this brand to anyone looking for a pool that is durable and made from sturdy materials. My other pools all had plastic supports and braces. The Bestway had steel supports and braces. I would stand by my recommendations to this pool for every. Thank you for making such a great product!!!

This pool s not as good as the one that I was replacing. I owned an 18’ Bestway pool in the past and it was getting pretty tired. I decided to replace it with a brand new one. Unfortunately, nothing from the old pool would hook up to the new one. Having two hoses for discharge from the pool makes no sense whatsoever. In fact this combination works very poorly. There is no way to vacuum the pool with this arrangement. 😡 Secondly, the hoses that are supplied with this pool only last about a year and a half in the direct sun. They are CRAP!!! Yes this pool is cheap, but you really get what you pay for here. 😖 Worse is that the wall lining seems much more thin than the older pool we had. I am not impressed by the look of “cheaping out” on the part of Bestway.

Beware that if you're going to purchase an online third party purchase that you probably won't get your money back. I had three leads tried to get me a store credit because this third party decided to have their sale in early spring even though most people set up their poles in June July or August and so it was almost like that third party is scamming money knowing this Spokane valley Target however tried to help me but couldn't so I will be more extra cautious with my purchases at Target needless to say that my experience with third party purchases is not good

I bought a 16 x 48 steel max pro pool last year but didnt setup until this year. I must say that i have thoroully enjoyed it. The only issue ive had is one of the pipes that goes from the pool to the pump had a hairline crack but some flex seal tape took care of that. I do wish the ladder was wider. Also i bought a cover for ut when i ordered the pool and it doesnt fit. I say alot of revuews saying that but i figured i would try it and sure enough it doesnt fit. But all in all a good investment. We will see how long it last.

Pump is not powerful and definitely not good for this size pool . Does not work. Only been used for 2 months and its broken.

I don’t know if the pump is really strong enough for the size of the pool we are still trying to figure that out but over all a month in and we love it!

No skimmer? What’s next, no bottom to the pool and judge extra for the sides are? We have purchased one of your pools almost every year or two for the past 12–15 years. We have nowhere to store them indoors when we take them down so we have to keep them in the garage. The Arizona heat & Sun is brutal so the thin plastic liners the pool is made out of becomes brittle and starts to leak after two or sometimes three years and it’s not worth taking down and putting back up again so we get them yearly. This year, for the first time, we got the 18 foot pool as opposed to the 16 foot. HOW DO YOU JUSTIFY NO SKIMMER BASKET ON A POOL? EVERY OTHER POOL HAD ONE SO I CAN ONLY GUESS THAT IT IS A WAY TO CUT COST. This will be a deciding factor for purchasing a more permanent above ground pool rather than this ridiculous reduction in quality. I can’t even say it’s a lack of amenities because they should absolutely be a required/essential piece of equipment. Someone made a very, very poor decision with this. I would have scored the quality as a three and the value as a five below, but with no skimmer – I can’t do that.

i bought this pool and had it in dry storage i took it out of the box a set it up was full of holes warenty wont cover it because it was to long NEVER EVEN GOT TO SWIM IN IT AT ALL WITH MY GRAND KID I BOUGHT THIS POOL EVEN THOUGH IT WAS MORE EXPENCIVE THEN OTHER

Went up very quick and easy. Ordered the pool with pump, filter, ladder and cover, only received the pool. Wish I would've taken screenshots of my order because customer service insisted I only ordered the pool. Seems to be a trend looking at other reviews.

What kind of pool doesn’t come with a pump? It says all necessary items are included, but the pump is not. Super shady business practices.

Arrived quick!! In tact! Looks great! All parts included! Love the style and easy set up! The 1000 gal filter system a plus!! Recommend. Cover is a nice addition for the price.

Pool itself is good, the pump doesn’t work right I have to constantly take it apart and put back together. It doesn’t work at all now.

Love the pool that keeps us cool in this heat! The only problem is that the filter leaks constantly and all the time. For the value tot purchasing something so large and get home to find out that something isn’t working correctly is very disappointing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bestway Steel Pro Max pool is absolutely amazing! I was so excited to get this pool for my family to enjoy for the summer. The package included everything you need for the pool such as a ladder, pump and filter, and a pool cover. All the parts were included and in perfect condition. I was pleasantly suprised at how easy and quick the pool was to assemble. My husband and I put it together in a couple of hours, and the instructions were very helpful and easy to understand. Before setting it up we leveled the ground and put sand underneath. Once it was all set up, it took about a day to completely fill it up. The pool is very sturdy, durable, and heavy duty, I can tell it's going to last many years. It's super spacious and just deep enough, so we are able to fully swim underwater. My family of 5 has been swimming in it for two months now. It has held up great and has been such a blast. Having this pool has made our Summer so much fun. I'm very impressed with it, and it's definitely worth the money.

I think our biggest hurdle was getting the ground level so we could put the pool up. We used bags of sand to level the ground. It did take 2 of us to put the pool together. I think the more hands the better when it comes to a pool this size. One or two more people would've made it go a little faster. Filling it up took a little bit. We are on well water so I just let it run over night. But the next day we put the ladder in and the kids enjoyed! And they have been playing in the pool nearly every day since. Great investment for our backyard.

My kids stay there all summer and this has been a great investment. My mom and I used leveling sand to make sure the pool would be level. After the sand was ready we were able to get the pool up in about an hour!!! The pool comes with a 1,000 gallon filter pump, ladder, and pool cover included which is great because everything comes together. The liner is a DuraPlus enhanced 3-ply liner that is durable and puncture resistant. The steel frame is also corrosion resistant. This pool has already made my kids summer so much better!!!

It was super easy to put up if you have help, the pump seems to be keeping the pool clean with shock and chlorine. The pool is perfect size for my family of 4 to all get in and for my kids to swim.
