Beyond Breath Freshening Capsule Parsley & Mint Oil, 50 Ct

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was intrigued by the idea of this product--fresh breath from the inside out and it claims to work even on garlic. Yes, please! One thing I noticed right away was that it stated on the package to take 3 capsules with water, but there are 50 (not divisible by 3) in the bottle. Why not have 48 or 51? To see if it worked, I took them after eating raw onion. The gel capsules were easy to swallow, but I noticed a slight sore throat after taking them. It took about a half hour to slightly dull the taste of onion but did not ever completely get rid of it. At the risk of being too descriptive, I did like the minty taste after I burped.

I’ve been using a new mouthwash but after a while I can’t use it anymore due to gag reflex so getting these little pills to help with the smell I decided to give it a go. The scent is refreshing and I love the little portable pills (reminds me of my portable cough drops.) I liked the idea as the mouthwash I have says it leaves breath refresh for 24 hours. So I had high hopes that these would work for the 4 hours but I really didn’t notice a big difference other then the occasional minty hint of scent. They are an inexpensive item so I would definitely keep giving it a go and hopefully it does work in the end.

These are way different then traditional mints, you don’t chew them or nothing just swallow! An then Boom! Your next sentence you have fresher breathe then before! Love these!

I took three of these, as recommended, and I noticed that the fresh minty taste stayed all day, even after eating multiple meals. They definitely are long lasting. I like that it is made of natural ingredients; it contains oils from parsley and mint. The packaging is convenient. It's small enough to fit in a purse or pocket.
