Love bibigo items. Not these, they taste perfectly terrible. Texture is mushy. Perhaps they we left out of freezer to long and spoiled?

This dumpling is not your original frozen dumpling! It’s got noodles, pork, and veggies! Steamed, deep fried, or semi-fried in a pan! They’re perfect for appetizer or a quick dinner!

I've loved this brand's other dumplings and wontons, but this one is a miss for me. There is plenty of filling, but it has almost no flavor. Because of how big these dumplings are, they take a while to cook. I normally love the vermicelli-type clear noodles inside dumplings, but this had a weird unpleasant texture. I ended up throwing away the rest of the bag.
Dip it with soy sauce and siracha!

I’m not sure what these low starred reviews are talking about. These are authentic Korean dumplings and taste like the ones I grew up eating. You can boil them, fry them or steam them, but steaming them can cause them to fall apart. The noodles inside are normal and a common ingredient in Korean dumplings. There would be NO dipping sauce included in Korean dumpling packages (like one review complained about). A simple Korean dipping sauce is just soy sauce, sesame oil, white vinegar, red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, garlic and scallions. These dumplings are good so feel encouraged to give them a try! My picture is of the dumplings that I boiled with my homemade sauce spooned over. One dumpling is halved because I wanted to taste it before writing this review.

Okay. There are 2 things I would like to share. 1. As the other reviewers mentioned, the clear stick thing is the starch (sweet potato) noodle, or called glass noodle. This is very common ingredient when you make mandu in Korea. 2. This is my favorite and traditional mandu flavor with pork and I love when they are pan fried. You will need enough of oil for the better result, and I always put low-mid heat to let them fully heated. If you still have cold middle part, I would recommend to close the lid of the pan for first part of your cooking, and open the lid after (yes, you have to be careful of water drops from the lid to the oil in the pan), for the crispiness. Need to turning every side occasionally throughout the whole process of cooking.
Blecch!

While these are larger than most dumplings, the pork & vegetable filling tastes awful and there is no dipping sauce included.

I’m korean and it’s hard to find real korean stuff in my small town. I found this at my local target and I was so excited to try. Bibigo is so big in Korea. I use my air fryer and it is so juicy and crispy.

I’ve tried the chicken version and they’re delicious. It’s evident a lot of people do not read the ingredients listed. Bean threads are the transparent noodles in the dumplings that everyone thinks is “clear rice” or acting like it’s a weird/error ingredient. It’s part of the recipe and tastes great. Next time look it up if you don’t know before making crazy assumptions.
