Biddeford Blankets has an F rating with the BBB. Check it yourself. I purchased a Sherpa Electric Heated Mattress Pad. It stopped working after using for less than one full season! I have been trying to reach them for almost a year now. My emails always bounce. The contact form on their website doesn't work and the phone number posted on the BBB site works, but if you press 1 for customer service, you get a message saying that the number is not valid. Has anyone ever gotten support for items under warranty? Target should stop selling this brand!!

You get what you pay for I suppose. It doesn’t work. It’s lukewarm in literally 1 spot and the rest of it is cold. That spot my warm water is warmer. I’m hoping they let me return it even if it’s only for store credit because this was a waste of my money.

It works but is not thoughtfully designed. The controller buttons click loudly and the display is bright blue... two things you don't want in a quiet dark bedroom. The heat is not even... it's nice in the center but cold just off center toward corners and edges.

Worked for about 3 days then nothing. When it did work it's amazing target not helping much on return. Was a gift and tossed the box so hard to do anything. Was a beautiful 3 nights tho

I will update once we have had it longer. As of now it’s pretty good. It’s a nice set up. I like that you get so much cord. I can hide the remote under the bed at night as it is bright. It’s pretty big so it would fit almost any mattress depth. I can’t sleep if I feel anything in the bed and surprisingly I can’t feel the heating elements at all! My only real complaint is the connector piece is huge and hard and it’s on top of the mattress so no matter what way you have the mattress pad, it’s a nuisance and uncomfortable.

It's night one with our new heated mattress cover and BOY does it feel nice. Our bedroom is in a part of the house where the heat from the heaters never reaches. Every time I got in bed, the room was frigid, the sheets were like ice, and I spent hours just trying to warm up. Tonight, for the first time in years, I pulled back my covers to a cozy warm cocoon and I couldn't be happier! I can't feel any wires at all and I love the preheat function. So cozy! I'll update if anything changes but right now it's a win!

I have three issues with this product: 1. cold spots down by my feet (where I need the heat the most!) 2. the cords plug into the pad on top of the mattress, right under my feet (uncomfortable for sleeping), and 3. the lights on the controllers are bright.

Buttons are loud, display is bright, like having a nightlight in the room, and you cannot adjust the shutoff time, slow to warm up. Only positive is that it is comfortable, you can’t feel the wires. This is my 3rd or 4th heated mattress pad (controllers only last a few years), and this is the worst one.
