My contacts used to always be dry/itchy by the end of the day. Even with proper care. Not anymore. I don’t know how it works but I can wear my contacts now all day without them getting uncomfortable. Also great coupons available on the target app frequently for this.

Uncontrollable watering and burning.
I usually use the regular one because sometimes I have dry eyes, so I figured I would try this solution with added moisture. All three days I used this solution my eyes were burning and watering uncontrollably every 15 minutes. I just switched back to my regular solution and no more watering. Just be careful!

I wear gas permeable contact lenses and in the dry Colorado climate that can be a problem. I've used different solutions that make me need to remove and rewet the contacts during the day which is a nuisance. I read reviews on Biotrue that talked about how well it maintained lens moisture and decided to give it a try. it's been a good solution to the dry contact problems I've had and am glad to have found it!

I have been wearing contacts for over 30 years. I truly consider myself a contact solution veteran. I have never in my life felt while removing and placing my contacts in storage for overnight a solution more “real”, full of moisture but not greasy. When I placed contacts in the next morning WOW! I felt like I had a new pair in my eyes. But this solution was the cause for the amazing comfort. I’ve used it for a while now, it’s not changed the effect. My eyes feel so much better! Try it

Stick with the original
Noticed eyes/lenses were way dryer feeling than usual. Had to throw out multiple lenses before realizing this solution was the culprit. Switched back to the original with no problems.

Irritated my eyes! Switched from the normal biotrue to this one and got an eye infection shortly after. I couldn’t figure out why the red, itchy, and dry eyes were continuing and lingering and I finally just realized it’s been happening since I switched to this solution. Stick with the normal biotrue.

Gave me pink eye!
I have dry eyes so thought I’d try this one with hyaluronic acid in it. Big mistake I was so uncomfortable by day 2 and when I finally took out my contacts mid day, my eyes were bloodshot and in pain. Had to go to urgent care and they confirmed the reaction I had triggered the conjunctivitis After some research I should have done in the first place, I found out that HA can actually cause more friction in your contacts. This is a bad product…run!

Incredible. I didn't think it would make that much of a difference but WOW was I wrong. I typically have dry eyes in the winter and decided to try this over the normal Bio True. First thing I noticed was that it hardly felt like I was putting my contacts in... They felt way more moist. Second was just how much more comfortable my contacts were the entire day. Not once did I feel like my eyes were dry! Overall this solution is incredible - I will be switching to this one full time.

Drying-had to peel contacts off eyeball
I wouldn’t even give this one star and am very upset I changed to this solution and wasted my money. The “hydration plus” does the exact opposite to me and actually dries my contacts so bad to my eyes I have to almost peel them off. It is very bad. I’ve used the regular biotrue for years, loved it and have had zero issues. I wondered what was going on lately with my eyes and then it hit me that I changed to this solution. Maybe it’ll work for you, but horrendous for me.

Was hesitant to try at first because I didn’t think the extra money and extra hydration would make a difference. I’ve had issues with dry contacts for years and used the standard biotrue which helped the most with the dry eye. Switching to this solution was Well Worth EVERY penny!!
