I love this product that it is very clean for me. I just wish you did have more blueberry chunks and then what it does. It doesn't have as much protein as I wish it did

I was skeptic when I bought this, but the price was ok and I wanted some "sweets" for the day. I bought and prepared the "ala cup" version and am very happy with the results.

My family know I never hardly ever order the same thing twice at a restaurant. I am the same when I am in the baking aisle and find something new so I picked up the blueberry pancake mix. I often have breakfast for supper because it is easy. Oh my! That had to have been the best pancake I have ever had! Crunchy on the edges and so soft and flavorful on the inside. Did not even need anything on them. Perfect taste. I can tell the recipe was worked on until it was perfect. Great product.

I finally found an easy, water only, delicious blueberry pancake mix that has become a mainstay. Lots of blueberries, and seriously nothing extra is needed, but a splash of vanilla and instead of water unsweetened almond milk certainly doesn't hurt. The shipping was very fast, free for orders over 30 and Birch Benders has a new loyal customer. I have also tried the keto, gluten free and protein to keep in line with my low carb higher protein lifestyle, but my preference is the standard chocolate chip and blueberry mixes.
