First impression
I set up a table and laid out the pieces near the instructions. At this point I have not begun to assemble the house but I am very impressed by the pieces and the plan which I intend to follow in the coming weeks. Thanks for reaching out to me.

Beauty after long assembly
Assembling is extremely cumbersome. The size of nuts and bolts are ridiculously small. Having said that, the house is beautiful and looks great on our roof. Awaiting swallows to move in!!!

Assembly instructions
Very poor photos on the assembly instruction sheet. Had to use the box photo and then go to the online manual to get a clear view of many of the steps. Otherwise, the house went together without a problem.

Nice home, If only I could fly
As stated by others, assembly a little meticulous but over all not bad. I was missing parts so that delayed assembly but was timely rectified by Birds Choice. One thing I did notice is that the porch dividers don't like to stay in place so working a solution for that. The metal used is a bit flimsy and does bend easily which is good and bad during assembly it makes it a bit easier to "modify" pieces to get them to fit. We will see how it hold up to wind and small hail we seem to get more frequently around here. Room sizes could be a little bigger based on recent research but overall better product then plastic ones I'm used to. Hopefully they last longer.

Bird house is nice just don’t break a part
This will take time to put together about 4 hours in total. It’s a nice bird house. The reason for the 3 stars is because the instructions weren’t always clear so I broke apart instead of sending a replacement part free of charge they made me pay for it and pay for shipping when the bird house is already pretty expensive. Not my fault your instructions were not written well. Other than that I like the birdhouse and is worth the price.

Great bird house - well made, light and sturdy.
It’s a wonderful looking house when you are done putting it together. There are a lot of screws so be patient and take breaks. The directions could be more detailed.
