Q: What size blanket or quilt works best inside the duvet?

A: Note to ‘Customer Care’: this product is a duvet COVER. The duvet is the fluffy, insulating blanket that you stuff inside the cover. To the poster: buy the same size for both duvet & cover and you won’t have any trouble.

It has a slightly rough texture once it’s washed but may soften over time. The shams add a nice finishing touch to complete the ensemble.
It would make a Great gift it has the Winter pattern which makes it very beautiful .

Hopefully over time it will soften more after it has been through a few washes. I would recommend this item. Super cute. Washed it and put it on comforter. It's not quite as soft as I would want it to be but it will work on guest bed in our vacation rental. I think it will hold up well to multiple washings

Love this duvet set. I agree with the other reviews that the fabric isn’t super soft, but I don’t mind that. It’s a nice heavy material that feels very cozy. Keeps you warm without trapping too much heat. Washes nicely.

Very pretty and sturdy but sooo rough. If your buying this for a guest room that will get used minimally then I guess it’s ok. I bought this for my daughter to be used daily and if she sits on top of it she throws down and blanket on top before she sits. She isn’t happy with the stiffness but loves the pattern so much so we are keeping it. Also, any other brand with the same pattern is hundreds of dollars. Hoping it softens up with a few washes.

Great fit (just keep in mind it is sized as a Full/Queen) - color/pattern brighten up the room. After washing the fabric softened and is great paired with a set of flannel sheets.
