It was easy to assemble, season and start cooking! Breakfast burritos were first up and they were great. would recommend to get the larger one as it was a little difficult to cook everything at once. Other than that it was a great purchase.

It's got the perfect weight, Very easy to assemble. Using tread locker on everything. Very happy with it. Consider and I used to throw a griddle on my grill. And now I have the perfect griddle. Griddling is not for inside of that house, The perfect little set up. Of course to mount To tank the way I did you need at least 3 foot hose And the storage container for all the utensils that come with it, enjoy your griddle.

We own 3 different models of blackstone and love them. This model the only complaint I have is when assembling it the screws on the left side handle are at a bad angle and difficult to get in.
