Dream come true
fantastic griddle/grill! Solid construction, very solid main griddle plate, using it for everything from taco Tuesday’s to weekend grilling! I also love its portability, this grill was clearly designed to fold up easily and throw into the back of a truck or SUV fo a camping trip! Assembly was true to advertising, 30 minutes and we were ready to start seasoning the grill! Had a minor issue with the ignition module (plastic housing broke) but I know that Blackstone stands behind their products and they took care of it. Looking forward to using this with our family for years to come!

Great to cook on, small fixes will make it perfect
Love cooking on this surface, but for the price, there are several small improvements that could be had: 1) Leg height is not independently adjustable. Yes I can buy the shims, but for this price they should be included. 2) Battery powered electric start. It works great so far, but am going to be changing batteries constantly in the winter (life in the mountains...). And yes, I will be using Lithium batteries. Would prefer a piezo starter, personally. 3) No temp guage on the hood. Again, for the price, think this should be included. Other than that, this thing rocks!

This is a great size griddle. The stand and shelf give it a nice work area and place to store your tools. Would be 4 stars but the griddle plate warps slightly over time
