Frustrated
We love the product when we can get it to ignite. Unfortunately, we have stopped using it because the ignition doesn’t work 70% of the time.

Great product
My kids purchased the adventure 17” a while ago for me, I love it. So my wife upgraded and bought me the 28” griddle with hood. I guess now I gotta do more cooking ?. Great products from day one!

Defect
The griddle is great, except for one defect which is very upsetting. The starter came messed up with the spring out and fully broken. Very unfortunate as we just assembled the grill which we came to realization while assembling. Please let me know if it would be possible to ship a replacement part / grill.
