Target is a horrible company. Bought w delivery date 4 dayes later. Waited weeks, finally called to cancel as it said "delayed" with no date of availability. They tried to tell me they couldn't cancel and return it because it was already on its way. Shouldn't have to argue to get my money back when their own website shows it never shipped.

No instructions included. You need to add a battery to the pilot light. Also never move it with the lid up! It fell on my thumb. Ouch!!

We were so excited about this grill, but unfortunately both times we received the grill, the grill has been damaged. I wouldn’t consider this a Blackstone issue, but definitely a Target issue. The grill was scratched the first time so we returned. The second time, the grill was missing pieces and dented. Really disappointing! The box was torn to pieces looking like it had been opened, sent back, and sent out again.

I can't say enough good things about this grill – it's truly been a fantastic addition to our outdoor cooking setup! From the moment it arrived, I was impressed by how easy the setup was. Seriously, I had it assembled and ready to go in no time, which is always a huge plus when you're eager to get cooking. But the real magic happens once you start using it. We've found ourselves firing it up for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner! It's incredibly versatile. We've made everything from pancakes and bacon in the morning to grilled sandwiches at lunchtime, and of course, all sorts of delicious dinners like steaks, burgers, and veggies. It heats evenly and consistently, giving everything that perfect sear and flavor you crave. If you're looking for a grill that's not only simple to get started with but also incredibly versatile for all your meals, this is the one. It's become an indispensable part of our daily routine!

Easy assembly, great grill!

We'd be patiently waiting on our blackstone to arrive. The delivery kept being pushed back. Then, the day it's finally scheduled to be delievered it doesn't show, and the next morning we get a "refund" issued. Called customer service for a comparable replacement and they refused to help. The lady on the phone was extremely unhelpful. I'll never buy from here again.

This griddle has damage to the mounting holes on where the griddle sets in the holes. As a result the grill wobbles.

Everything was packaged well. Materials feel high quality. Instructions were easy. Grilling is perfection.

Was expecting this to be more tricky as had issues with other grills and griddle building but this was easy

Everything worked great upon first use. Very easy assembly with clear pictures and well organized hardware. The griddle became hot very fast. Looking forward to using it more and more

So happy to have this wonderful new cooktop! Spent time seasoning it this evening, and I’m going to cook on it all Memorial Day Weekend.

Easy to put together. 2 issues I have found. The handle on end has a bend plate that the 2 screws go into. The second issue is I can’t get the slide shelf open as per directions. Gets hung up and I don’t want to break it. Other than that I am pumped to get this going.

Blew my expectations out of the water! Super simple to assemble, and very sturdy! A+!
