Nothing but problems with my 36", the low flame keeps occuring due to the mandated low pressure ball getting stuck. Then all they have to say is to tap it, which does not work past first occurrence, or replace the hose. I am on 3rd replacement and fialed after two uses. I finally bought a hose for propane burner that does not have the ridiculous low flame crap. But keep in mind, the pressures are higher so always light the blackstone with pressure turned way down. This will be the last Blackstone branded iron cooktop i buy. Way overpriced for what it is and all the issues, just for the "blackstone" name.

Burning three does not work. Trying to season the grill with only three burners. Lots of family will be over, no time to tear it apart and troubleshoot. It was assembled completely at Sierra grand opening in Mattoon, Illinois. Disappointed.

Great grill, easy setup, works great, wish it came with a lid rather than having to buy separately. Only other feature is that I wish it was a little easier to tell if the burners have ignited from the front end of the grill (not great visibility) but have never had an issue with them not igniting so not an actual issue.
