Jethro Tull's Mick Abrahams went in a much more bluesy, jazzy direction when he left Jethro Tull to form this band in '69. That doesn't mean their 1969 debut LP doesn't rock; it most certainly does, and it rocked and rolled all the way to the UK Top 10. This LP reissue is the first "Ahead Rings Out" vinyl pressing in 20 years: "It's Only Love," "Dear Jill," "Up and Coming," "Backwash," "Leave It with Me" and more. The 2-CD deluxe edition adds the band's 1970 LP "Getting to This": "Drive Me," "See My Way," "Worry," "Toys" and more.
