I tried to order the same 2 items three different times. Each time came with complications to an address that was undeliverable-website issues. I even called with customer service and they ordered the item for me but I never received it. The address is a good address because it’s my work and we receive packages from every delivery company each day. We have 600 residents that use this address to receive packages and the office holds them for the residents. So when I received the message that my orders were being sent back to you due to a bad address I knew that was incorrect. Customer service was a nightmare. I was promised free shipping and a refund for the items I purchased but never received but I have yet to receive this refund. I don’t understand why I am fighting with you regarding these issues. At this point you have stolen my money. When I call customer service they are not nice and I have to argue with them to help me. I want the money I gave you for items on your website that I ordered but never received. I want your corporate phone number because nothing I have experienced with your website and your customer service should be allowed. I wouldn’t even call that department customer service because all I experienced each time I called them was rudeness and I was treated as an inconvenience. I was not allowed to speak with a supervisor and I was promised numerous things that never happened. How is this ok? I want my money back. I’m submitting numerous surveys because I can’t seem to get any help from customer service. My name is Jennica Ray. I urge you to listen to the recorded customer service experience I have had this month. Your customer service said they can't refund the money I gave TARGET because the item was from a 3rd party. I didn't order it from a 3rd party I ordered it off your Target website. Why would you offer an item on YOUR WEBSITE stating that the item is from Target but as soon as there is an issue you refuse accountability? Why are you saying that you provide this item if it is not from you? If it is on your website as available and I give TARGET money for the item. It is expected that TARGET should give me my money back if you won't deliver the item to me. We had an agreement. I give you money for an item (you say is yours) and as part of the agreement we made TARGET gives me the item I paid TARGET for. How is this situation ok? What is wrong with your customer service department? Why is this situation not alarming to you or to your customer service. Why did your customer service promise numerous things and not follow through on the promise? In fact EVERYTHING that TARGET promised me never happened. EVERYTHING YOU PROMISED (from the beginning up until this moment has been a lie). I gave you money for items and you failed on your end to give the items to me. Why? Why is this ok to you? What happened to Target? You use to care about your customers. IT HAS BEEN MADE EXTREMELY CLEAR TO ME THAT TARGET DOES NOT CARE FOR ANY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. I want my money back.
