Runny with brown flecks in it.
When I opened it, there was quite a bit of liquid which is odd for blue cheese. Then there were also brown flecks in it which is also odd for blue cheese. I just threw it out. Didn’t want to chance getting sick. Stick with their blue cheese crumbles instead.

Small Size Blue Cheese Wedge

I sliced it and put it on crackers, and then later we used it on a salad. It did expire pretty quickly after we bought it though, so I would recommend eating it right away . Really tasty and affordable

Delicious blue cheese wedge

Good and Gather 4oz blue cheese wedge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Good and Gather 4oz blue cheese wedge is just the right size. I love blue cheese but sometimes it has a slimes or waxy feel to it that I dislike. This one wasn’t like that. It had a good texture, was easy to slice but also was easy to crumble and the taste was really nice. It was too salty but it had a sharp taste that I enjoyed. Yummy blue cheese by good and gather
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was easy to break into crumbles for a salad. The flavor was better then expected for blue cheese which gives good bang for your money. I do think the blue cheese was a little on the sticky side when I used my knife I had a decent amount stick to the knife blade. I would use this product again as it enhanced my salad and would like to try it on some other food like burgers.
