I was gifted these and I AM OBSESSED! I love the flavor of these, nutty, lightly salted. I can't get enough! Locally they are almost triple the price of what I've seen elsewhere. :(

I can always rely on these for a good blood sugar friendly snack, wont raise my blood sugar too quickly, has a balance of fat protein fiber and carbs. Very filling and the omega 3 is great too I have been needing more omega 3s. I recommend this to anyone who needs the perfect healthy cracker that won't leave you feeling unsatisfied

I tried these crackers because I am diabetic and wanted a snack that was healthy and okay with the carb amounts. Turned out they are delicious. I will put a little smear of Jalapeno cream cheese on top and I have the perfect snack.

These are super yummy! I picked them up because I wanted a semi thin but hearty cracker to go with a dip and these were perfect. Super crunchy and nutty so if you don’t like that in a cracker this isn’t for you. It’s not a crumbly cracker by any means. The flavor is nutty and definitely something that would pair well on a charcuterie board. I love that they’re gluten free so I don’t have to worry about my intolerance. If I can find them again I’ll definitely buy them.

I love these Flax Seed Nut-Thins from Blue Diamond. I enjoy them with cheese, spreads or dip--just like regular crackers but a much better and healthier option.
