A: Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for your question. Pull the collet locking sleeve forward. Fully insert the desired bit into the chuck till it stops and release the collet locking sleeve. DO NOT BUY. Defective out of box
DO NOT BUY. This thing is cheap and defective out of the box. I had to return mine. I opened it up and went to charge it, and i would not charge. I tried multiple outlets to be sure. Then started smelling that electrical burn smell coming from it. That tells me the motor and battery were defective. Glad I didn’t let it sit trying to charge or it could’ve caught fire.

Junk after a few uses - wont turn on
Bought this less than a year ago and used maybe 3 times. It was OK when it worked. Took it out of my toolbox to charge it up today and it won’t do anything. Tried charging for hours. Waste of money and too late to return it now - garbage at this point. I should have paid extra and gone with a name brand. Would not recommend!

Dies after first use
I should have read the reviews before purchasing. Like most reviews I used the screwdriver to build a dresser, when I went to use it the next day the screwdriver would die after about 30 seconds. I left it to charge for a few hours but still continued to die right away.

quality is bad
Failed the second time use. Used it on my own PC screws only. 5 month after purchase I needed to change a component in my pc tower n on the third screw the thing just dead. No tool ever fails that easily I was surprised. Only the light works but it’s not really bright won’t serve as a flashlight. What a waste of money.
