I've played around with this blend a few times now and have come up with a great pie crust recipe I'm happy to make again and again for a friend who is grain free, dairy free, egg free. I've had less success with using this flour for scones.

I do not tolerate gluten or grains well. Over the years I've tried many recipes and many mixes. Most were not good. This is a good flat bread mix that will take most of its flavor from the herbs/spices you add to it. I made a spice blend of adobo, dried rosemary, parsley, thyme, oregano, and black pepper that I sprinkled on the top before I baked the two flat breads. I also used a mixture of melted ghee and coconut oil in the mix. This was delicious when I cut the flat bread in half then quartered it to make a closed sandwich.

I think adding additional salt, garlic powder and herbs would be a great improvement. There's little flavor. It is a bit dry, not sure what to do about that yet. The round I topped with herb blend is better, but should have mixed it in the batter.

I used the recipe for flat bread turkey stuffing. It was better than a box mix of non GF stuffing but I was a bit disappointed with it.

As a celiac for 30 years and have tried many brands of gluten free breads. This mix is quick to make and bake. The loaves I formed were a bit too large. However I was still able to slice the round loaves and use for sandwiches. The only downside is the bread being a bit dry.
Perfect when you only need pizza for 1 or 2.

I love this flatbread mix! It's perfect to make pizza when there are just 2 people (or 1 very hungry person.) I used 3 egg whites instead of 2 eggs, and used unsweetened applesauce in place of the oil. I put on top some diced onion, diced thin slices of smoked turkey, lightly dribbled some BBQ sauce over it, and then grated some pepper jack almondmilk cheese over the top. I was pretty light with the toppings because I didn't want the bottom to burn before the top was done. I have a nice cookie sheet that is double-layered with air in between the layers, and I think this helped me have the perfect toastiness on the bottom and the top. Highly recommended.

This is a great flatbread. Quick, easy and tasty! I made it according to recipe and next time, i made it into smaller approx 3 inch flatbreads. We used it as "biscuits" with our meal. I also used leftovers and sliced them for my tuna salad.

This easy to make flat bread has quickly become a favorite! Easy to make individual sizes to have with salad or soup. I think it could be used as a GF scone with strawberries, too. Now I want to try things like flavoring the water or adding herbs for savory variations and adding a bit of sugar and dried fruit or dates with a simple glaze for a tea bread!

I liked this bread; it’s easy to make and is great for sandwiches. It did require somewhat longer cooking time to brown a bit. I think next time I will add rosemary or thyme for a more pronounced flavor. A nice change from the ordinary.

It was great. I added a little fresh rosemary and everything blend by Simply Organic. I wish there were more recipes for the mix. I usually make flatbread in a rectangular 1/2 sheet pan and have some left over for a few days. It didn't have potato or corn starch so my body liked it (food sensitivities).
