Tasty and healthy
This has lots of different textures and a mix of flavors so I wasn't sure if my little guy (15 month old) would spit it out. He loves hot cereals but sometimes is weird on some textures. I was pleasant;y surprised when he gobbled it up. It's more pricey than some of the cereals and goes fast when your making for a family, but we'll keep it in the breakfast rotation ever now and then. I still want to try the cold swiss version.

I've been eating the old world muesli for awhile and adding fresh fruit to it. This variety has fruit and nuts already in it so while I'll still probably add a sliced banana or a peach when available I'll enjoy this new cereal variation.

Best breakfast on earth!
Absolutely fabulous way to start the day! I usually add some fresh fruit, chia seeds, collagen powder, and a bit of premier protein shake and can go til mid afternoon feeling full. The flavor is amazing, high in nutrients, high fiber, great variety of ingredients too. My go to breakfast. Unbeatable compared to any cereals in the grocery stores.

Bob’s Red Mill Fruit and Seed Muesli is my favorite hot cereal. I make it sweeter by adding 1 or 2 chopped dates before cooking it in the microwave. Yummy!

Healthy morning foos
Love this stuff, mix it with cashew milk yoghurt and fruit in morning. Substantial food until afternoon. Always feel good about eating it, feel is is very nutritious.

No sugar added
I use Bob's Red Mill Müesli to make hearty cookies. I sweeten with bananas and add collagen protein. They are a hit with my family. I especially love that it does not have added sugar.
