Disappointed!!!
Don’t waste your money on this cookware! The only pans that are nonstick, are the two skillets. The rest of pots are not. The lids get very hot. Very disappointed with the name it carries, I expected better from Bobby Flay!

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a Melamine sponge on the warm surface; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help! We do recommend always using a pot holder when handling pans in or on the stove.

Perfect pan
The perfect pan for almost everything! I purchased this pan originally with a specific use in mind, but find I'm using it almost all the time. It cleans easily and works great on my induction stovetop.

Disappointed
I have not had this pan very long. I was excited to get it. After not that much use and being careful with heating temperatures the pan has decidedly bowed up in the middle. I was hoping not to experience this as it’s a sign of an inferior product. This should not happen after so little use. I had high hopes as the non stick qualities seem excellent.

Such a great pan. Good for sauces and larger stir frys, love the slightly angled side which makes it easy to stir and add ingredients. Glass lid is also helpful to keep eye on cooking.

Love our new pans
We were looking for non pfas pans and thought these were the ticket. We have not been disappointed. Cook many things now without either butter or oil. Great for browning onions. We are also transitioning to induction cookware and these work great for that as well.

Unbelievably GOOD
Unbelievably GOOD , I was happily surprised by just how good these pans are! They heat up fast, cook everything evenly and don't leave any extra flavors that you sometimes get from coated or non stick pans. There's a pan for every need and as a generational family with four adults and a toddler we've found so many different uses and options for them all! Definitely recommend 👍😁

Very Disappointed
When I first received the pan, I was amazed at how well it fried eggs, no sticking, beautiful. But for this price, one would assume the non-stick would last more than two months, but that is not the case. It has now become impossible to clean the pan. I used it to cook Korean pancakes last night, at a heat setting of 4 on my induction stove, so not even medium heat. The pancakes stuck to the pan, even though I used oil. This is what the pan now looks like. I'll be throwing it out, much like I threw away money when buying it. Would never recommend!

Its a great quality pan. A little heavy but has very even cooking quantity and durability. The nonstick surface works brilliant. You hear up for about a minute only using cooking oil, not spray and everytjing comes out perfect! Love it. As long as you are capable of lifting about 3lbs then you won't regret this purchase. If you have trouble with heavy items, then maybe look at other greenpan options but any pan from this company is well worth the purchase for quality and piece of mind with safe nonstick alternatives
