Won't Last Forever
Initially, I was super excited about this pan. It was the perfect size, the nonstick coating was incredible, and it seemed like it was going to last a long time. After about 2-3 months of use 5ish days a week and only handwashing, the nonstick coating seemed to wear away and I was left scrubbing until I couldn’t get burnt on food off. Even using oils and butter and cooking only on medium heat didn’t seem to keep food from sticking unfortunately. If you’ve been buying nonstick pans for a while, you know they all eventually get to this point. I was just disappointed with how quickly it got there because I feel like other cheaper options have lasted longer for me in the past. If you can accept that, it is a pretty sturdy pan in its prime. It’s heavy duty and large enough to handle a decent amount of food at once. I’d cautiously recommend it with the disclaimer that you should expect to replace it within about 6 months or so, depending on how frequent you use it.

After 4 months, the surface of this pan is no longer nonstick. I only use olive oil to cook and I clean with mild detergent but everything is burning now and I have to buy a new pan.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a Melamine sponge on the warm surface; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help!

Work great the first month then start to stick. I only hand washed it. At the first month the stain can be washed easily, at the second month I can’t even get rid of the food that burn because of sticking to the pan. And Target didn’t accept the return.

Disappointed
I have not had this pan very long. I was excited to get it. After not that much use and being careful with heating temperatures the pan has decidedly bowed up in the middle. I was hoping not to experience this as it’s a sign of an inferior product. This should not happen after so little use. I had high hopes as the non stick qualities seem excellent.

Not worth the money
I bought this pan for it’s reviews. The first month using it, it was great! It’s a little on the heavy side but that wasn’t swaying our opinion. We took care of it as instructed, used a soft sponge to hand wash. We also utilized cooking oil instead of spray as it instructed. Within a month it was garbage. It’s no longer non stick and everything cooks onto the pan. We’re very disappointed after spending over $60 for a pan.

Such a great pan. Good for sauces and larger stir frys, love the slightly angled side which makes it easy to stir and add ingredients. Glass lid is also helpful to keep eye on cooking.

Love our new pans
We were looking for non pfas pans and thought these were the ticket. We have not been disappointed. Cook many things now without either butter or oil. Great for browning onions. We are also transitioning to induction cookware and these work great for that as well.

Unbelievably GOOD , I was happily surprised by just how good these pans are! They heat up fast, cook everything evenly and don't leave any extra flavors that you sometimes get from coated or non stick pans. There's a pan for every need and as a generational family with four adults and a toddler we've found so many different uses and options for them all! Definitely recommend 👍😁

Very Disappointed
When I first received the pan, I was amazed at how well it fried eggs, no sticking, beautiful. But for this price, one would assume the non-stick would last more than two months, but that is not the case. It has now become impossible to clean the pan. I used it to cook Korean pancakes last night, at a heat setting of 4 on my induction stove, so not even medium heat. The pancakes stuck to the pan, even though I used oil. This is what the pan now looks like. I'll be throwing it out, much like I threw away money when buying it. Would never recommend!
