The day it was delivered I had tried to do a back handspring on our trampoline and I am clearly an old mom and did something to my neck. I rolled this right on my neck and it was a game changer for quick relief. The cooling sensation is soothing, and it really helps take the edge off muscle aches. I love Arnicare is plant-based and still delivers powerful pain relief. The roll-on is mess-free and perfect for on-the-spot treatment. Highly recommend!

I let her try some, she was complaining about her back as she always does. I'd just gotten a few PR packages and remembered I’d gotten the Arnicare roll on. I like to get other peoples opinions when I do reviews so I can give the folks multi perspectives because some peoples yucks are some peoples yums. So anyway fast forward to me tearing up my house looking for it so I could take some pics, just for my mom to call me telling me how much it’s helped her back, and how much she loves the cool roller ball, how she loves that it doesn’t set her skin on fire, this that and the other. Whole while I'm like lady, I just spent 30 minutes looking for it, bring me my stuff back! Lol. Anywho it’s a winner if u have minor aches and pains, and its mother that’s never satisfied approved. Moral of the story, get some and hide it. And yes she took these pictures, smh lol.

Temporarily Got rid of pain. I tore a ligament in my thumb at a nye party! And it won’t be healed for several months. In the meantime, whenever it begins to throb, I rub some arnica on the area and let like magic it disappears 🪄

Application is self explanatory.. just remove the cap, twist head to "on", and roll on desired area. No mess at all! Dries within a minute and stays on to work throughout the day/night. I have so many Arnica products including oral pills, creams, teas and gels. This by far is the easiest to apply & store.I would not hesitate to purchase this in the future.
