[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] didn’t meet my expectations. i feel like this product was ineffective, i know is a homeopathic remedy. and i know that Homeopathic products like this often rely on highly diluted ingredients, which lead me to mixed results . it did not offer a stronger medicinal effect, that might explain why it didn’t work as anticipated. the positive to this is that it’s gentle and easy on the stomach, but it didn’t provide noticeable relief.

I been using this for about a week now or so, and only the ones I chose for leg cramps helped me. The other two I chose for muscle and joint pain and the one relieve nerve pain didn’t seem to work for me. But I would definitely recommend the one for leg cramps.

one of the reason why I got this is because my mom she offers from lead cramps since she stands at work for so many hours and she told me that she needed something that could help with that and I saw this and I got it for her should be using it now for like a week and she feels very different in a good. These work great on my legs cramps. They usually hit during the night and I couldn't get back to sleep. And my legs were so sore the next day , I could hardly stand on them, let alonewalk on them. After finding these I was delighted. Just put a few under my tongue and let them desolve. They work pretty quick. I can get back to sleep and my legs don't hurt the next day. Helpful in leg cramps during night time Using three times a day

I've been using Zincum metallicum 30c for six years for restless legs and involuntary leg movement at night. Joette Calabrese recommends this. It's the only remedy that has worked for me. I take it 3 - 4 times a day, every day. When my symptoms have subsided, I only take it every couple of days, once a day. Eventually I forget about it until a month or so and I start it again.

They are not what I use to buy but will do I guess
