I have been using this Bone broth protein powder for about 1 year. It is great for intermittent fasting. It tastes great and I like to squeez a lime into it from time to time .

I buy this once per month to add to my morning smoothie. I wish it would dissolve better when in the blender, if I’m not careful it will stick to the side and I have to scrape it off.

This is such a clean, high quality bone broth powder! This so easy to add to smoothies, scrambled eggs, stir-frys, etc. it also makes a great soup. I love adding MCT oil and some seasoning to make an amazing sipping broth.
