Q: How can I know this does not contain lactose? How is it filtered out?
A: Lactose is a carbohydrate. If there are no carbohydrates, then there is—logically—no lactose. I’m lactose-intolerant, and even the brands with 1g sugar (probably from the sweetening agents) are safe for me.
