I have cooked these lots of different ways, defrosted and from frozen. A couple of things that make these great is that there has been more than one occasion where dinner plans have changed and have had to pull these from the freezer with almost no time to thaw. them. I'll put them in cold water for about 15 minutes and they are ready to go. I have wrapped them in foil, put in the air fryer when frozen and still come out tender and not dry. I am vegetarian so I don't eat them. I worry every time I cook them that I've pushed these tenders beyond their limit to still taste good but every time my family tells me they are really good. I have breaded them, put them in sauces, and just seasoned as are. I keep buying them because the family says they are great and never had a complaint. Highly recommend.
