Directions:
Chicken needs to be fully cooked.
Oven
1. Heat oven to 375°F.
2. Arrange up to 12 frozen chicken tenderloins on rimmed baking pan (line with foil for easy cleanup). Season as desired.
3. Bake 25 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. (Bake thawed chicken 15 to 25 minutes.)
For food safety, bake to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured with a food thermometer.
Appliances may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.
Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
To Thaw: Place in a rimmed baking dish and refrigerate 1 to 2 days.
For breading or marinating frozen chicken - Remove the protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute."

Low quality, lots of waste
I was hoping to save money over the name brand "trimmed and ready" variety I normally buy, but this was not the way to do it. Somewhere around half of this chicken was grizzle and tendons. While I know tenderloins are smaller than breasts these were very small pieces and each had a strip of tendon or fat running through the center, along with globules on the outside. This was just very low quality. The true price per pound when you factor in how much isn't edible is likely much higher than more quality brands. Save your time and money and go with something else.

These had white cartilage strings running through at least half the pieces. Since you cook them from frozen, the only way to get these strings out is to cut them open and trim it out. Very poor quality. Half were tender, but what a waste.

Bad chicken, bad customer service
This chicken was covered in white freezer burn and all the chicken was covered in lots of ice. It was terrible. Target is offering a refund but I have to return the chicken to the store. That is unacceptable. Why do I have to be inconvenienced to drive to target to go into the store to return the chicken. The product is bad and I should just get my money back, no questions or inconvenience expected.

I have the same issue as before, the person stocking the bags of chicken need to be mindful of puncturinng the products. If air gets into the bag the chicken is no longer safe to eat. I've had to get a refund for this issue several times. I chose Target because I like their products and customer service. But this isn't good especially when I place online orders. The staff should be more mindful. Otherwise they not only lose products but could cost the company more with refund.

Strange shapes and freezer burnt
I do not recommend these at all. They are first of all freezer burnt upon receiving as well as they look nothing like an actual tenderloin. They are mostly tiny 2 to 3 inch pieces of random shapes mixed with a few other sizes. It’s very strange.

Quality not the same
Too much fat and gristle and now bones found in this brand of chicken. We no longer eat it but buy it for our dog to cut up in chicken treats. Now it is not fit for our dog. It is too hard to take off the layers of fat and gristle to cut up for the dog. It is too much work and time to spend on such poor quality chicken.
