[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I'm really happy with this shredder. It came well protected in its packaging. Instruction book is included, but there are also lots of helpful tips and instructions on the actual shredder. All the print on the front is a sticker that could be removed if you'd like a cleaner look. That said, part of the sticker is a customer service info/email which is nice to have handy right there. The shredder has a full bin indicator line and light. The wheels are nice for moving it in and out of the tighter space where I store it. It's really quiet, and has a pull out handle on the front to dump the trash. We used to have one that required you to pull the big heavy motor off the top and set it aside to dump the trash, so this is a way smarter. Like many shredders, and you have to pay attention when turning it off, so you don't overshoot and accidentally put it in reverse. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning. It's been great so far, and seems good quality! I received an incentive to write this review.
