I use the medela cups at work and this is so supportive and keeps the cups in place, however it's very hard to nurse in this bra. I'm a triple D and it's uncomfortable to try to squeeze through the opening that's meant for the flange. I think it would be fine for smaller chested women.

Panful, ouch!
The cutout of the inner layer of fabric hits right on top of your nipple — ouch!! As soon as I put this bra on, it was sooooo uncomfortable. I tried adjusting the bra not to hit right on my nipples, but it didn’t stay put. On top of that, there are three layers of fabric, which make this bra pretty bulky. I didn’t try it with a pump since it was so uncomfortable on its own. It seems well made, but the design leaves a lot to be desired. I returned it.

Great bra but can be uncomfortable
I liked how it fit both with and without a pump. The pump fit very securely and didn’t move around even as I moved. Without the pump, the bra fit my boobs just right with lots of support! I would give 5 stars if that was it. HOWEVER, I’m giving 3 stars because when I wasn’t wearing the pump, I HAD to wear nursing pads or else my nipples got really irritated from the overlapping fabric where the pump connects. I tried to ignore it so many times but my nipples were so sensitive from pumping I could constantly feel the elastic. Overall I loved the bra and will continue to use it with nursing pads, but it would be really nice if it was comfortable without.
