Q: Has anyone had issues with the chairs "squeaking" we've had them for about 2 weeks and all of the sudden the metal makes a creaking sound when you move in the seats...

A: My counter height is 35". I ordered these based on their chart (and the first answer that said the seat was 24" from floor). Honestly, it feels just a hair too short.

Purchased three counter stools for my kitchen. They're comfortable, good looking, and easy to assemble. Unfortunately, after just over a year of now-and-then use, the faux leather covering on all three began to separate from the padding it was adhered to, leaving a loose covering and wrinkled seats. Because they were just outside the return window and a good value, I decided to give them another shot, purchasing two more as replacements. Unfortunately, fourteen months later, I'm in the same spot: two stools with faux leather separated from the seat and no possibility of a return. If you need counter stools for a year only and feel like they're worth the price, go for it. As for me, having owned five of them, I think I'll spend a little more to ensure that my next stools will last.

Easy to assemble, comfortable. Cats can easily destroy the material. One of the chairs I received as a gift was missing 4 bolts and when I called the number on the instructions (that said to call if there were missing parts) I was told I needed the receipt in order to get the missing parts! It’s 4 little bolts. I don’t have the receipt as it was a gift.

Love these chairs! I wanted something affordable that was easy to clean since we have little kids. These chairs are perfect and very comfortable! Our toddler can still climb up on his one using the front foot rest bar. Easy to clean which is a must. Assembly was super easy. Only two pieces.

I love the way these look and they are very comfortable, but they last maybe a year before the seats start to tear at the seams. I've bought replacements and the same thing happens. Won't be buying again. If you can get a deal and don't want to keep them long, they may be a good option not otherwise no.
