[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a commercial-grade product I purchased for my home gym. Reviews on lesser quality options all pointed to them being too light-weight and flimsy. This is one study, hard-core workout bench.

It's a decent bench, nothing amazing. I don't care for the adjustable support bar. You have to be sure it sits/lays in the desired spot and be darn sure or it will roll out. Also the rubber end caps on the support bar, they fall off often so I had to buy some good glue to keep them on. I would not recommend this model.

The bench is easy to use and simple to adjust. The bench padding is comfortable and easy to wipe down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided on this model figuring it was suitable for my use. The instruction booklet(s) was pretty vague. I had to look at the instructions on Bowflex website, then I got the just of it. Once finished putting the pieces together, I tried it. The seat is sort of too firm, and the biggest negative.I have about it is I don't normally use something like this sitting straight up. It should have 1 more angle to slightly go back so I can do other exercises on it. I am not sure if the other model has that angle. That is my only con about this bench. I got this bench to replace my Marcy benches. Got this on sale so not bad deal. Oh and one final thing of putting it together, the flat seat, that had some difficulties, but ok.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very well designed. I saw models for not much less cost than this bench and the quality difference would put this bench at 2x - 3x the price. Very easy assembly. But I'm most impressed with how sturdy and stable the bench is. Which says a lot given the stowage feature. Most benches that are 'stowable' aren't typically very sturdy. This is the exception!

Set up was relatively quick and easy, however, when I went to put the leg pad bar in I had to unscrew the bolts and reinstall them after it was in the bench. Now the swing arm doesn't lock manually, but it does lock in place when I stand the bench for storage. I haven't figured out what is wrong, but it is only a very minor inconvenience. Bench is worth money. Only improvement I would suggest is an optional curl platform.

I purchased thhe bench for strength training work out for myself and my school aged sons (12th grade and 8th grade). This is avery solid bench, sturdy, and extremely comfortable. I hope there was 80 deg incline for military press exercise. 90 deg is a bit too "vertical" for me… perhaps my back is not straight. Other than that, we have been using it daily, and we get super impressed everytime we use it.

Overall pretty good. Not commercial grade quality but should be good enough for home gyms. Only major complaint is leg rests serve very little purpose and too tight. Would have rathered they added a leg curl add on. Also the caps for the slider for the incline part of bench keep falling off - can't tell if I need them or not.

Nice sturdy bench. Pads are large enough for comfort for an average sized person. Instructions for assembly could be better with clearer illustrations and more detail. One of the "levelers" wouldn't screw into the base far enough to match the other so I had to deal with Customer service. #sweepstakes

Used for Weight training. Just wish it had a knee/thigh pad or optional attachment.
