I am able to use the item however the bag was taped with packaging tape at the top due to there being a tear in the bag. It did not seem that litter was falling out but I have had this happen before with other retailers I have ordered BoxieGlo from(Chewy and PetSmart) I am not sure if it is the tranportation group where it is damaged or if it is in loading the item. I do like the product. Just frustrating the item comes damaged so much of the time

No Boxie
I’m currently using Rufus & Coco bamboo/charcoal pellets Cat litter for my 9 cats. I wanted to try Boxie Glow and see if this litter was less dusty than Rufus & Coco. The answer was NO. I replaced only one litter box out of 5 with Boxie Glow and the cats liked it. It is still the most used box in the house. It clumps very hard but you will still end up with this little pieces (crumbs like) that break away when you shove the scooper deep in the box to scrape pee. It’s no biggie, it’s clay so it’s bound to happen. Boxie Glow is a very fine clay litter which means it tracks and can feel sticky on the floor. Also, the smell of many cats using it the most, is not pleasant. In my opinion, I think this litter would work better if you have 1-2 cats with 2-3 litter boxes. I’m not able to place 10 litter boxes in my home, as it is recommended to have 1 litter box per cat plus 1 extra one. (unfortunately). So based on the lifestyle and the choice of rescuing 9 cats, clay litter is definitely not for me. Like I said, the cats like it, I don’t. This review is based on Boxie Glow’s performance for 9 cats.
