Boxwood Preserved Christmas Wreath - Threshold™

Purchased last week in store and placed on front porch door that has a 12 foot covering. It’s been 50-70 degrees everyday. Husband sends me this photo this morning when he was out the door for work. The wreath is melting the green coatings all over the door. Sad to have to return because the look is a 10/10, but I’ve never had a wreath or decorative item do this before!

Highly recommend this Christmas Wreath, it is one of my favorite holiday decor purchases at Target this year. The wreath was neatly wrapped in a protective box with twine to maintain its shape and prevent damage, which I greatly appreciated as I ordered this item via pick up. The large-sized wreath is incredibly well-made, a bright color green (interspersed with some light green shades), and the velvet ribbon adds a nice festive touch. The boxwood leaves are carefully preserved providing a wonderful texture and also allows for this wreath to be enjoyed for years to come. Very happy with this purchase.

It's actually quite durable. The red touches and ribbon are perfectly coordinated and give it that special pop of color. It's a good size but I like that it has a slim profile, so if you wanted to put it on your front door behind a storm door it would probably fit. The price on sale is fantastic. I hope this lasts for years to come!

On top of that, it had strange odor right out of the box, which was off-putting. While it's an attractive concept and could work in the right setting, for me the finish and smell make it hard to recommend.

First, while the leaves look more realistic than other versions, you can still definitely 100% tell they are fake as they have a plastic look to them.
