Q: is it a stiff basket or does the braided grass have some flex?

A: Hi nl -- Thank you for reaching out! Since these baskets do not have a wire frame, they do offer some flexibility. The grass material is braided into strips then sewn into coils to form the basket. Hope this helps!

It's cheap and not returnable!!! I bought online, and the box was caved in. I took the basket out and was able to reshape it but decided to return since it was so cheap. Then I get notified that it was denied for return because it was "opened and used". Which it wasn't!! Taking a break from ordering from target since they were not able to refund me. I was really hoping target would make it right for me, but they didn't!!
