Q: We just received this ottoman and it has two dirt marks on it. Rather than return it, I’d like to try to clean it and see if they come off. What is the recommended way to clean?

A: Take a soft cloth or sponge and use it to apply the shampoo or detergent suds to the ottoman. Scrub lightly until the dirt comes up. If there is a fresh spot, be sure to blot, not scrub, it. Scrubbing a fresh stain can grind it deeper into the fabric of the ottoman, making it even harder to get out.

See in the image above how it does't really look closed all the way? It always looks like that, because it doesn't really close all the way. Also mine arrived damaged, two screws were missing on the hinge inside and one of the hinges was bent back. So even if I put in new screws that side is going to be messed up. Looks nice though!
