Breeder Celect Cat Litter Bag - 7lbs

The reason I switched to pellets in the first place was because I have a FAT, fairly long haired cat who loved to dig in clumping, sand like litters (I think Ive tried every litter on the market).She would get it in her fur, and any clumping litter would accumulate around where she would urinate. I had also been looking for a dust free option for mine, and my cat's health. I hated the dusty residue that the litters would leave on anything near the cat pan when pouring, along with what the cats tracked everywhere. THIS LITTER SURPASSED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS! IT WAS LIGHT WEIGHT (so you do get quite a bit in a 7lb bag. I haven't used it long enough to know how long a 7lb bag lasts). IT IS WHITE SO THAT I'M ABLE TO SEE WHAT I NEED TO CLEAN OUT. IT HAS NO DUST PLUME WHEN POURING, AND VERY MINIMAL TRACKING. IT IS UNSENTED WHICH I, AND MY CATS APPRECIATE, AND AFTER USING A WEEK I HAVE NO STINKY SMELLS (they make litter smell coverup products). IT HAS NO ADITIVES WHICH ARE BAD FOR YOUR CATS (if it clumps their urine think what it does inside your cat when they clean their paws). ITS SOOOO MUCH SOFTER THAN ANY PELLAT LITTER I'VE EVER USED! Having used (n0n clumping) pellet litter in the past I knew what to expect as far as cleaning up their urine. If you have never tried pellets before, the wet pellets have a slight change in color. IF I HAVE A SUGGESTION FOR THE MANUFACTURER IT BE TO MAKE THE PELLETS A TAD BIT MORE ABSORBENT (they are absorbent however not as much as other paper pellets. Which may be on me because I might not be used to these pellets yet). THIS LITTER IS THE BOMB!! NOT JUST FOR MY HEALTH BUT FOR THE HEALTH OF MY CATS!! (NOT JUST FOR KITTENS) I FEEL SO FORTUNATE TO HAVE FOUND IT!! NEVER STOP MAKING IT!!!

Wanted a soft liter that wasn’t small granules. I had been using grass seed litter for my cats but is such a mess and cleaning the box between litter changes was not easy. This doesn’t clump so there is an adjustment for you and the cats. You can’t add this into their current litter. You’ll need a separate box for the adjustment. Plastic boxes should be replaced every 1-2 yrs so I did change when I was ready to get new boxes. Get a litter scooper for pellet litter and it will be easier to remove stool. On their website it says to not remove urine and to aerate, gross. I remove the visible wet pellets daily and then mix up the litter. The box is completely emptied of litter weekly and cleaned. I don’t fill up their boxes with a lot of litter it’s enough to last a week and enough for them to dig. This way by the end of the week I’m not tossing a lot of clean litter. Both my girls have adjusted. It did take about 2-3 weeks. The litter does track but not much. Definitely less than other litter besides hard pellets.
