More cats shouldn’t mean more of a mess. With World’s Best Cat Litter™ it doesn’t have to. Give your cat(s) the Multiple Cat Formula made with an all-natural plant ingredient for even more outstanding odor control and clumping ability. Even better…it’s easy to scoop, so you don’t have to chisel or scrape.
I normally use clay litter. I got to try this because I was babysitting my friend's cat, and this is the litter she uses. I'm impressed with this litter. It has a faint woodsy smell and does a good job of covering odors. It also clumps really well without leaving cement hard clumps that I need to scrape off the side of the litter box like clay litter does. This makes cleaning the litter box so much easier. The cat still tracks it around the house, but no more than clay litter. It's also flushable!
I have 3 cats at home, that range from 4yrs old to 18yrs old. My 18yr old cat is a diabetic and has kidney issues for years. When he urinates it is a lot! Clay litters couldn't even handle it. There would be puddles in the litter that he or the other cats would step in. Sometimes they would even end up with clay booties from the damp litter sticking to their feet. We found an alternative litter and were using it for years until 6 months ago when it was being discontinued. We spent a lot of time researching and decided to try your litter and are very happy with it. It is 100x better then even the litter we used before. The urine clumps instantly and doesnt fall apart when we scoop it. There is also no dust at all and the smell is contained.
I picked this cat litter because my kitty has bronchitis and many reviewers said they tried it for similar reasons and liked it. After switching litter it took longer for her to have a coughing attack but it still happened and when she goes number 2 it reeks. There is no odor control at all. That is just horrible. That is why I give it only three stars also it is on the expensive side. I also find that I have to fully change the litter more often so I am going through the bag much quicker and it gets tracked everywhere.
Only litter all cats I've had in my house (personal and fosters) never had an issue using. I've tried a lot of litters too, and the red bag is the best! Also safe for mama cats (but not very young kittens until they realize they can't eat their litter as this does clump, but once they are over eating litter, and not all do, it is safe for them too!).
