A: Thank you for reaching out. The sugar we use in Breyers is unbleached liquid cane sugar. All sugar ingredients used across all Breyers products do not use bone char or any filter aids that contain bone char. We hope this helps.

Holiday staple

Just bad.
This ice cream was a weird texture and was not good at all. My husband and I both could not finish it.

Bring back the real homemade Vanilla recipe!
Your wrecked my favorite ice cream by removing the cream and added garbage chemical ingredients to make up for omitting the cream! We are limited to a gluten free diet and the original Homemade Vanilla was excellent creamy and rich and our one treat and only ice cream I would serve with my homemade apple pie. I had searched for the old fashioned several weeks and finally found it with unfortunately a new recipe… What a huge disappointment! I will no longer buy it if thus is what your quality has gone to

Why extra corn syrup and fillers?
I tried this because the natural vanilla was out of stock. Not a fan of the flavor, texture or added corn syrup. I assumed that all Breyers products didn't use extra sugar sources or fillers. I'll look more carefully next time.

Not like homemade ice cream
I’ve liked home made style from other companies and always liked Breyers vanilla, but this is a big disappointment. Its texture is nothing like home made ice cream. So thick that it really doesn’t melt. Too gummy and extra sweet.

Buy Natural Vanilla Instead
This is one of the worse vanilla ice creams ever. The Natural Vanilla is much better.
