A: Thank you for your question about the Bright Starts Bounce Baby 2-in-1 Activity Jumper Learning Toy - Playful Palms! The batteries go under the frog toy station. To remove the frog toy station, you push on the two tabs in the front and then the one tab in the back to release it from the Jumper.

Very uncomfortable for my baby. She can not sit right in it without her legs getting red and there is no seat it’s just hard all around. So she awkwardly leans forward with all her weight pushed to her legs. They need better design for this. I ended up getting a better one. Will not use it

It’s a cute activity center but I feel like there are other ones with more comfortable seats for babies out there. We found that the way the seat sits makes it so that it digs into her thighs and almost cuts off circulation. Also think the platform should be a level higher than the highest setting. I wouldn’t recommend this.

My baby has not been able to use this because she cannot reach the platform, even on the highest setting. Even so, she couldn’t reach the toys surrounding her because they were angled away. She is close to 9 months old now, and still can’t use it. Also, it hardly makes any noises. Waste of money.

There are 5 different toys to play with as well as a snack tray. The frog toy has cute music and the little flowers next to it light up. I love the little mirror so baby can see herself, as well as the fun ball spinner! The seat is light and offers a cover to omit the leg holes for extra storage. Overall, this is a great toy and will provide ample entertainment for my little one!

Even my 6-month-old is able to swivel the seat to get to different toys. I love that even when my baby outgrows the seat she can still use it with the toy basket. This activity center is lightweight so it is easy to move to different places in the house or even outside.

My 18 month old loves animals and absolutely adores playing with this. My 5 month old doesn't know her animals, but she enjoys playing with the toys, making lots of noise and jumping around. This is a lifesaver to get all of the energy out of my youngest. The older sibling enjoys walking around and helping her sister play with toys. We don't keep the inside as a toy container at the moment, but I like that when my littlest grows out of the jumper, we will be able to continue using as an activity table. This was very easy to put together, less than 10 minutes. Make sure you hear everything snap into place. The pink sections can be removed from the table for easy cleaning. The bouncer plate has three settings allowing the bouncer to grow with your child and it can also be removed completely for the activity table. Both of my littles love this and approve, and so do I!
