Made by Amish craftsmen, this condo birdhouse is solidly built from old boards that were used in mushroom beds. This reclaimed wood is naturally tough, so no staining is needed. Its two metal perches and two entryways give birds more space. Features a rustic, deep grain texture. Dimensions: About 11-1/4"H x 8"W x 5-3/4"D. USA made. Handmade, so dimensions may vary. Two homes for the price of one
I can’t say enough about the story about the mushroom wood. When I purchase gifts, I like to know the history/backstory the fact that this word was re-purposed makes it super special. Can’t wait to share that with recipients for the Christmas gifts.
