I am not pleased with your product. Previous hp was better. The Staples salesman convinced me that it was better when I couldn't get my usual hp (unavailable at the time) Your machine pulls in the paper to be copied and always turns it so that a crooked copy appears. i need to copy it again and sometimes again, If I create excessive copies (20 or 30), your exit area does not hold it properly.

Easy set-up and quiet. Sample cartridge doesnt print a lot. Have a back up. Cartridge are a bit on the high side.

It's great except for just one thing. I wish the printer would be smart enough to remember it's wifi connection, and reconnect itself to the network on it's own after a power failure.

Well ink jets just cost too much for ink refills. It was time to try something different. Brother Laser, well I'll try it and so far very pleased with the printing, double side, and time will tell if the cost will be different for refill time. We aren't heavy print people but for our home use it been great.

This printer was super easy to setup. The black and white print quality meets or exceeds my needs for home use and school projects for children. I’m not really sure how quick it prints as most jobs are done and waiting on me from the time I hit print and walk to the printer. I made it through tax season which is where I encounter the highest volume printing, no issues. I’m hoping that the toner will last several years with low volume infrequent printing.

I bought this machine to replace my old printer and my old scanner and I am very happy with this printer+scanner+fax combo (MFCL2820DW). It also has a FAX feature, but this is the only feature I am not going to use. The list of features I like would basically list all of the features of this printer 1. It is small enough to fit on a small stand in the home office 2. I am printing few pages a week and I like it how easy printer/scanner goes into sleep and how fast it wakes up when I am sending few pages to it to print. 3. WiFi feature is great. I can print from any of my desktop or laptop and I do not need ethernet cable. 3.a. I could connect this printer using Ethernet cable, but I do not need to do it 4. Printer does self-diagnostics and notifies me of any problem or if I need to replace its toner or its drum. Notification would be on the screen, in the Brother utility application on my desktop and in email 5. Quality of print and scanned image is great 6. Access to internal area of the printer to change the toner or to fix the paper jam. BTW, I am using printer for a month and there were no paper jam in it

My old MFC7840W began to fall apart and this was the closest model I could find to my old printer. It generally works okay but if you need to manually feed checks or envelopes to print upon, the printing always comes out crooked so for one-off print jobs, I use my Canon.

So far we are 100% satisfied with this printer. It was a little difficult to learn how to turn it off but just hold the on/off button 10 seconds or so and it will turn off. Other than that, this printer prints crystal clear, totally satisfied. I would buy it again and recommend it to any one.
